…your company has reached product market fit (PMF) but growth has slowed down
...tactics that used to work in the past don't seem to work anymore
…you are under pressure to provide more leads, trials, revenue or CAGR or lower your CAC
…you have funding but don't know where to invest it best
I'm the Founder of GrowthBay. I've spent the last 4 years being the growth co-pilot for startups and established B2B frontrunners.
Ever since leading a cross-functional growth team as Head of Marketing & Product, I knew what I wanted to do: Build systems that predictably help companies grow.
Grow with a repeatable system and not with random tactics or hacks
Learn exactly what's not working and where you're pouring money down the drain
Get your analytics, attribution and team straight and set up a system to track your growth
Build a lead machine and convert more in-market buyers into revenue
Raise awareness of problems and educate out-of-market buyers through quality content
Get quality leads from channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn and SEO and drive down CAC
Grow your company based on data analysis and experimentation
Convert more of your hard-earned website users into qualified leads
Build an infrastructure where you can trust your data to drive business decisions
Working with us means working with someone who speaks your language. No matter if you're a technical founder, numbers-driven CEO or performance-oriented marketer - chances are we've worked with someone like you before
We speak German, Swiss German and English
You get access to sought-after UX, dev and channel experts
We only work with max. 4 clients at a time
So we'll play a little differently
Your success is our success. We're not "Yes Man". If something doesn't make sense, we'll tell you.
We won't sell you services that you don't need.
Helping your company win is our target. So we'll prioritize testing, shipping and learning from data over ego-driven decisions
The more we know about your company and customers the better we can help
Growth hacks or random tactics may have brought you here. Now it’s time to scale. Systems and processes will get you there
Pragmatism at heart, we focus on short-term wins first to earn the breathing-room for the longer-term, big growth levers
I only work with 3 clients at a time. This allows me to truly connect with your business and understand not only your needs but also your customer's.
Communication usually happens via email and (bi)-weekly online calls. I prepare a meeting agenda and run you through the status quo and our next steps. All project management happens in Notion to which you're given access to see how we're executing the roadmap.
I do not have fixed playbooks and I am channel-agnostic. I only care about what works for you. There are no employees on my payroll that I have to staff onto projects and sell their hours. I do not have a one-size-fits-all approach, so in this sense all projects are custom to me.
Yes, but only if it makes sense. At this point I have orchestrated 3 full redesigns from scratch. Together with my team we've provided everything from information architecture, dev, messaging to UX design. The redesigns I do are as data-driven as possible - meaning I will keep what has worked on your old page while leveraging insights from your analytics and user research to get the most out of your new website.
A growth marketing agency focuses on strategies and measures that drive sustainable company growth. Unlike traditional marketing agencies that may only focus on specific areas or campaigns, a growth marketing agency takes a holistic and data-driven approach with the goal of improving all areas of a company's marketing funnel. It uses a combination of marketing channels and techniques such as SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing and paid advertising, always with a focus on measurable results and return on investment.
Growth marketing is a strategy that focuses on sustainable, long-term growth through data-driven decision-making and continuous experimentation. The goal is to optimize the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention. This is done through iterative improvements to several, usually scalable, channels, the website or directly in the product.
Growth marketing and growth hacking are related concepts, but differ in scope and approach. Growth marketing is a holistic, long-term strategy that encompasses all aspects of a company's marketing. Growth hacking, on the other hand, is more about short-term strategies and tactics with the primary goal of quickly acquiring users and increasing sales. This often involves creative, cost-effective and innovative methods to quickly increase the user base of a company, especially of startups or new products, even at the expense of sustainability and user experience.
To find the right agency for growth marketing, first define specific business goals. Look for agencies with a good reputation in growth marketing and make sure the agency has done similar projects before. Ask yourself whether the focus is on data-driven strategies. The culture of the agency should also fit your company. Let them also show you how progress is tracked and how their reporting works.
